These terms govern your use of the Noir Neko Vintage website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our Products

Our pieces are one-of-a-kind, secondhand and vintage. We describe each item’s era, condition and any wear as accurately as we can, and photograph it in detail. Colours may appear slightly different between screens. As items are unique, once sold they cannot be reordered.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and product availability at any time. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, availability isn’t guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order - for example, if an item is found to be unavailable or if there’s an error in pricing or description - and will refund you in full if we do.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

Governing Law
