All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our location in Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Refunds are available if:

  • The item has a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • The item is unsafe or significantly different from the description or photos.

Refunds are not available if:

  • The fault was clearly mentioned in the product description or visible in the photos.
  • The damage is the result of normal wear and tear consistent with the item's age.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fit. As vintage sizing varies significantly between eras and designers, please consult our sizing guides and measurements carefully before purchasing.


Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for organising and paying for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: As we provide free shipping on all initial orders, this original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds can only be processed once the item is received in its original condition.
