Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping within Australia.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout (NZD, GBP, and USD respectively).

All international orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking, Delays & Lost Parcels

Tracking is emailed to you at dispatch. Once a parcel leaves us it's in the carrier's hands, but if something seems lost or badly delayed, email us at support@noirneko.com and we'll help track it down. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
